Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah is an Indian actress, playback performer and a musician who works mostly in Tamil and Malayalam language films. Her acting debut was with the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam as well as her Malayalam debut with Annayum Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah has been raised in a Tamil Nadu Anglo-Indian family. Andrea's father was an Madras High Court lawyer. There is a younger sister who resides in Leuven Belgium as an assistant to research. Jeremiah was born near Chennai she attended National Public School before graduating from Women's Christian College. Andrea was a classes in classical piano when she was eight, has been called a "geek" and wanted to be a psychiatric nurse until the 12th grade exam. She was part of the Jackson Five style troupe Young Stars at age 10. The group was the beginning of her singing and music composition career. Also, she was a theatre performer in college. Andrea was President of the Student Senate at Women's Christian College. Andrea's acting career began with Girishkarnad Nagamandala. The year 2006 saw her was a part-time actress in a brand new advertisement for Leo with actor Shiva. She also acted in a television show that airs on Podhigai. The actress has acted in a variety of roles across India. She was briefly featured in Kanda Mudhal's finale (2005). After she rendered a song for Gautham Vasudev Menon's Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu she was asked to appear as one of the lead female characters in his upcoming film Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea is Kalyani in the film which is a remake of the novel by James Siegel. The husband of the character is involved in an affair and she's blackmailed. Andrea was approached by Simran Shobana and Tabu. The film was released in the beginning of 2010. It was announced in the early part of 2010. the role of a support as Venkat Prabhu, who starred in Mankatha. The film was released on August 11 the 11th of August, 2011. Annayum Rasoolum by Rajeev Ravi, the romantic comedy film she premiered in Malayalam with was released on the 11th of August, 2013.
